Niecey discovered her love for dance in high school, training at Westlake Dance Center in Seattle under the guidance of Daniel Cruz. Her philosophy in life is to always be a student, studying from all facets of life and sharing that collective knowledge to facilitate a student's personal growth.

For over 8 years, Niecey actively taught master workshops and classes all over the country. Her clients include Debbie Reynolds Studio, Millennium Dance Complex, Occidental College, University of Washington Dance Program, Cornish College of the Arts, and DC Dance Collective in Washington DC.

Currently residing in LA, Niecey continues to train with the industry's top choreographers. She is a Creating Opportunities Elite Team Alumni, mentored by Chonique Sneed and Lisette Bustamante. Niecey is a Monsters of Hip Hop Alumni. Some of her performances/credits include Magic Mike, Project X, Nickelodeon's How to Rock, Fox's Mobbed, Monsters of Hip Hop Show, REDKEN Industrial, Party Rock Tour with Far East Movement and Phineas & Ferb Disney Summer Promo commercial.
